DOMNI Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DOMNI - Your Smart Security

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must not show any signs of use and must be in the same condition as when you received it;
  • The item must be in its original packaging;
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase;
  • We only offer refunds on items sold at the normal price; sale items cannot be refunded;
  • If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges 

We only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please email us at info@domni.pt and send it to:

Assets Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

  • DOMNI APP plans
  • Home installation services
  • Shipping costs
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.

 

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
  • If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@domni.pt.

Shipping

  • After being notified that the exchange has been granted, the customer must send the item to the address indicated in the e-mail;
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item;
  • Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund;
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach you may vary;
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item;
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or loss by the carrier.
