Product Warranty - DOMNI

At Chaviarte, we guarantee the quality of our products and ensure compliance with current legislation on warranties, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of October 18. The applicable warranty periods are as follows:

• Contracts signed until December 31, 2021 - 2-year guarantee.
• Contracts signed from January 1, 2022 - 3-year guarantee for end consumers.
• Products purchased for professional or business use - The warranty period is 6 months, unless the parties have agreed to a more favorable period, or unless the uses establish a longer period (art. 921 CC) .

If you detect a possible defect in the product, you should contact our Customer Service immediately so that we can assess the situation. If the defect is covered by the warranty, Chaviarte will analyze the case and propose the best solution, which may include repair, replacement of the item or another suitable alternative. Proof of purchase must be provided by presenting the invoice.
